At Workroom AI, we offer subscription-based access to our platform's services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. No Refunds for Used Credits Once credits are used on the Platform, no refunds will be issued. Each service function incurs a cost to operate, and therefore, used credits are non-refundable.

2. Refunds for Unused Subscriptions If you have purchased a subscription but have not used any credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for unused subscriptions.

3. Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining time or unused credits on your plan.

4. Exceptional Circumstances In the event of a technical issue or billing error on our part, please contact us at support@workroomai.com within 30 days, and we will review your case for a potential refund.
